PC Strand entering the international market

1) JSC "Armasteel Technologies" as a Supplier enters into a supply contract under which it sells to the Buyer a rope machine complete with a bundle assembly for the production of 10-wire PC Strand. The Supplier purchases the strander and the stabilization line from the partner company and equips it with its own closing/fixation unit and software for fixing the quantity of the produced product and registering operating modes.

2) Together with the supply agreement, ARMASTEEL Technologies JSC (in the future ARMASTEEL GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES JSC), as a Licensor, enters into a license agreement with the Buyer for the production of K10 PC Strand with an estimated fixed rate for each ton of products produced without a lump-sum fee.

The cost of the supplied equipment will be formed from the cost of the strander and the stabilization line, the closing/fixation unit and the trade margin to cover the costs of maintaining the design department.

+An agreement on equipment maintenance is possible.

The price for 1 ton of K10 PC Strand will be at least 1200 USD (in the equal prices of 2020), the amount of the license fee is proposed to be set at a fixed amount equal to 50 USD for each ton of manufactured products, which will be approximately 4-5% of the cost of 1 ton of products and will not exceed the generally accepted world royalty rates in the metallurgical industry in the amount of 5-8%

Promotion of the product to the international market

The promotion of the product on international markets for the purposes of demand generation should occur continuously from the start of its own production, which should cover the costs incurred for this purpose.

Promotion of the product is handled by the promotion department at Armasteel Technologies JSC.
